PRESENT ACTIVITIES:
| ADDITION AND RENOVATION OF PIONEER VILLAGE |

Addition and renovation of Pioneer village, located at 3901 W. Pioneer Road, Phoenix, AZ 85086. This project consists of two buildings. One building, Phoenix Bakery, will be rehabilitation and second one, Machinery Museum, will be a new construction. Function of two buildings is to provide the facilities of exhibition of historic items such as tools, machineries, oven, cabinetry etc for educational purpose and entertainments. Buildings will receive early 19th century architectural facade. It will be constructed in compliance with modern building code and safety features. Two buildings are connected by a shaded courtyard in such a way as to create an intimate homely environment. As weather condition in northern Arizona is moderate, the option of mechanical ventilation is provided just to respond to higher demand once it is needed.
My role: Full architectural responsibilities ranging from design to management to preparation of drawing set for building permit. |

| ROOF PARAPET ADDITION AT ICEV |

Roof parapet addition at ICEV, located at north east corner of N. Alma School Road and W. Erie St, Chandler, AZ. Project includes roof parapet addition to cover the mechanical unit from visibility. Project includes solution that incorporate rendering of the building showing mechanical unit is not visible from major streets.
My role: provided few options of solutions and 3D rendering. |

Clubhouse and Fitness Center, Site to be selected. This is a conceptual project ready to be picked by prospective developer. This contains about 10,000 sf of spaces with 100 percent compliance with building and accessibility codes. Building is two stories high. This building would be eligible for LEED certification if it were built per plan and specification provided by this office.

This contains about 4,600 sf of spaces with 100 percent compliance with building and accessibility codes. Building is one story high. This building would be eligible for LEED certification if it were built per plan and specification provided by this office.

| MEDITATION SPACE |
|
Meditation Space, This is a conceptual project that participated in design contest organized by AIA on behalf of Pinta Acoustical System. This space is incorporating classically rich style as an aesthetic element. By incorporating lights, colors and texture, worshiper would able to feel themselves being connected with natural world under secured sanctuary. As glazing is non-absorbent to acoustical energy, acoustical panels are used to absorb sound energy. Materials are articulated such a way that they are adorning a meditation space and also representing a window while performing a sound absorbing material. Ultimate result is creation of distinctive architectural solution.

| PARKING LOT DESIGN FOR MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT |

Mixed use development, located at425 N. Alma School Road, Chandler, AZ. Project includes 20 units apartment with amenities and commercial office spaces at upper level. Site area is around 2 acres. Ground level will be used for parking and utilities. Parking will serve tenants and adjacent mosque. Total number of parking provided 162. Architectural style will be unique that will correspond with surrounding architectural style.
